Proturf Machines: the machines that lay and maintain artificial grass
Until now Proturf supplied the grass, the adhesives and the seaming tape. What was missing was the equipment that puts them down. Proturf Machines opens a sixth family in the catalogue: the machines that install and maintain artificial grass, sold in Morocco with on-site handover.
What the range holds
- Three infill spreaders, from the push PM-700 to the ride-on PM-1400 with its 1,500 kg hopper, plus a towed hopper and the tool-carrier tractor that pulls it.
- Four brushing machines, 600 to 1,500 mm, petrol, electric for indoor courts, walk-behind or carried on a harness, and the triangular drag brush for weekly upkeep.
- An infill extractor to empty a pitch before renovation and reuse its sand and granules.
- The PM-5000 unroller for 5 m rolls, and the eleven hand tools of a laying crew.
Why now
The pitches laid in Morocco over the past few years are reaching their first top-up, and many have never been brushed. Compacted infill hardens the surface and flattens the fibre; the right machine corrects it in a day and adds years to the pitch. Our partner installers were also asking for a supplier in Morocco for this equipment, with someone on the ground, rather than an import to arrange for every job.
How it works
Machines are sold on quotation and made to order, like the rest of the catalogue. Describe the pitch and the use, we recommend the model, and the offer arrives within 24 working hours with the delivery lead time. Delivery in Morocco includes handover; consumables, sand, granules, adhesive and tape, come from our Casablanca stock. We do not install: the machines are for installers, clubs and local authorities that maintain their own pitches, and installation stays with our partner installers.
