Frequently asked questions
What our clients ask before they commit.
A question that isn't here? An adviser replies within 24 hours.
Ask my questionHow long does artificial grass last in Morocco?
Between 8 and 15 years depending on fibre quality, sun exposure and upkeep. Our ranges are UV-treated to cope with the Moroccan climate and the salt air of coastal cities.
Does artificial grass get hot in summer?
The surface warms up like any material left in the sun. Temperature-regulating fibres and a quick rinse are enough to cool it. On playgrounds we recommend a shock-absorbing underlay, which also limits heat build-up.
What maintenance is needed?
No watering, no mowing, no treatments. Regular brushing to lift the fibres, clearing leaves and the occasional rinse are enough. We also offer maintenance contracts for sports pitches.
Who carries out the installation?
Proturf supplies the grass, the technical advice and the accessories. Installation is carried out by partner installers trained on our ranges: tell us where your project is and we will refer you to the one covering your area.
